We are thrilled to share that a generous benefactor is doubling the impact of your donations, up to a total of $100,000 until the end of the school year. Let's come together and spread the joy of the season by contributing to our cause. Every donation, big or small, helps make a significant difference. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season filled with love, kindness, and the joy of giving!

Phil became a vital part of our board in 2005, a pivotal time for WINGS as it transitioned from a startup school that had outgrown its initial coastal location. As we were establishing ourselves in San Mateo, Phil's numerous contributions began to shape the trajectory of WINGS.
In the early years, Phil implemented a robust financial accounting process that has since been the guiding force behind our growth and stability. Over the course of 23 years, he played a crucial role in maintaining the school's debt-free status. Phil's dedication shone brightly during the challenging pandemic years, where he skillfully navigated the school, ensuring the employment of our staff and preserving the program's quality.
Phil's forward-thinking approach and careful guidance have set a steady course for our future. His role as a steward of financial stability has been fundamental to the success of WINGS. Beyond his professional contributions, Phil's soft-spoken, direct, and kind nature has served as a grounding force throughout the school's journey.
As Phil bids farewell, his absence will undoubtedly be felt. We extend our deepest gratitude for his enduring commitment and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

In a spirit of unity and festivity, our school recently enjoyed a range of heartwarming activities. Teams engaged in a lively gingerbread house-building exercise, fostering camaraderie and friendly competition, with the added thrill of winning Target gifts. The White Elephant exchange brought laughter and shared moments among the staff. Preschoolers added an extra touch of joy by bringing holiday treats to our students, creating precious memories. Santa himself joined the celebration, spreading happiness to both our students and the little ones from the preschool. Culminating in a delightful potluck, families, staff, and students shared in the warmth of the season, creating a tapestry of memories that will be cherished this holiday season.
